2021-04-15 Grouse mountain snow report

It was a fun, hot, slushy, slow, and busy day! The snow was more melt, so it was hard to run in a good pace at flat areas such as the upper part of the Cut or Skyline. Also the snow layer is getting thin at the lower part, so if you do heave carving at the bottom of the Cut your board may suddenly stop by grabbing the grass under the snow.
It got very busy, probably due to late start and the new $99 spring ticket, so the lift wait time at Screaming Eagle was very high. Screaming Eagle had stopped for about 15min in the early afternoon which might have also contributed the line longer. The parks had lines for park features too, but that weren't that long.
