2023-12-07 Whistler Blackcomb snow report

The snow was icier than previous, and the snow coverage was thinner, but it was still fine at the most of groomed runs. Off-piste runs outside the resort boundary won’t be good. The snow near the Whistler Village Gondola mid-station had some small death cookies. Overall the snow was like an average day at Grouse mountain.

NEWS: Grouse mountain is opening tomorrow

Sorry to break into whistler blackcomb article but we just got a news letter from Grouse mountain.

We’re Opening Tomorrow! Great news for our skiers and riders! With special thanks to Mother Nature for the fresh snow and the hard work of our snowmaking team, we’re excited to announce that we will be opening for the 2023/24 winter season on Friday, December 8th, at 2pm.

Paradise and Paradise Jib Park will be open with access via the Greenway Chair from 2pm – 9pm, and 9am – 9pm beginning on Saturday, December 9th. We will be working to open additional terrain as soon as possible.
