3 cm of overnight snow just barely touched the groomers and made the overall surface a thin layer of blue sheet ice, so most runs felt firm and slick from the start.
Visibility was decent enough to see the trail ahead, but the day stayed cold and icy with sporadic wind gusts higher on the mountain.
